Cream butter with sugar. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients alternately with creamed mixture and sour cream. Drop medium balls by rounded teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 8-9 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet and sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture. Wait at least 2 to 3 minutes after taking from oven to shake cookies in cinnamon and sugar. Cookies fall apart if moved too soon.
You can use hamburger or sausage or go meatless. We usually eat these meatless.
Cook your lasagna noodles in boiling salty water for about 8 minutes. You want them al dente because they will continue to cook in the oven. Cook your meat and add your sauce until combined. In a blender, add cottage cheese, parmesan, cheese, 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg and spices. Blend until mixed well, but not runny. Add cheese into pastry bag and spread a line of cheese on the noodles. Roll them up and pour your sauce over them. Then add the rest of your mozzarella cheese to the top and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. You can do half the recipe for a small group or double or triple the recipe for large groups. These are easy and delicious.
In large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add pudding and stir well. Add milk, vanilla, baking soda and salt. Slowly mix in flour until smooth. Dough will be slightly sticky. Stir in chocolate chips and chill. DO NOT BAKE. To make truffles...form chilled dough into balls and freeze. Dip in melted chocolate and chill again. Serve cooled.
