![]() 1 Box of yellow cake mix 1 small box of instant chocolate pudding 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup water 4 eggs 8 oz sour cream 6 oz. chocolate chips Mix cake mix, pudding and sugar together. Add oil, water and mix together. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream until blended. Add in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Let cake rest for an hour and invert onto a cake stand or plate. You can use a can of frosting that you microwave for a few seconds and pour over the cake. You can also use your own frosting recipe and pour it over the cake. Decorate with sprinkles, banners toffee chips, etc.

Directions: Wash cranberries and pick out any bad ones. Wash orange and apple. Cut off the stem ends of orange. Core and seed apple. Cut orange and apple into pieces and put in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Transfer to mixing bowl. Process cranberries and sugar until finely chopped. Add to orange/apple mixture and add chopped nuts. Mix well. Serve chilled.
Topping:
Put sweet potatoes in the oven to bake for about 1 hour or until soft. Beat in first five ingredients together until fluffy. Put in greased 8x8 pan. Mix the topping and put on top of sweet potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° One recipe will serve 4-6 people. We will quadruple the recipe when we have around 20 people at dinner.

4 Cups sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. vanilla 2 Cups corn syrup 6 Cups whipping cream Mix sugar, syrup, salt and 2 cups of cream together, bring to boil, stirring constantly. As mixture cooks, thickens, and turns light tan color add 1 more cups of cream, repeat, stirring constantly, adding final cup of cream, cook to firm ball stage, (I use cold water method) remove from heat, add vanilla and pour into buttered 8x8 pan. Cool, cut and enjoy! This recipe is fabulous for wrapped caramels or caramel apples. For caramel apples: 20-25 Granny Smith apples Skewer sticks, you can find them on amazon or craft stores. You can also use popsicle sticks. Parchment paper Wash your apples with hot water and get all the wax off of them. Dry them well! Stick the skewers into the apples, you can do this while the caramel is cooking. Once the caramel is cooked, start to dip your apples. Leave a little bit of apple showing at the top. Turn the apples upside down and let the caramel cool before you place them on the parchment paper. You can dip your apples in anything you would like, cookies, chocolate, chips, potato chips, candy bars, white chocolate, etc. If you want to coat your apple in white chocolate or candy bars, give the caramel time to completely cool before dipping. Mix crushed Oreos and butter and press into a pie pan using the back of a measuring cup. You can bake the crust and then add filling OR fill without baking. Baking will help spread the butter more evenly throughout the crust. Let cool before filling. Filling
Directions Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter together until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust. Place the remaining whipped topping over the top of the peanut butter mixture and garnish with the peanut butter cups. Chill for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving. ![]() Cake:

Mix softened butter, brown sugar, flour, oats, salt, and soda together 3. Take 3/4 of the mixture and press it into the cookie sheet Bake for 8 minutes at 350° 4. Pour on caramel and spread evenly. Sprinkle on some flake salt. 5. Generously sprinkle on chocolate chips and drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie mixture on the top. 6. Bake another 10-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Cream butter, Crisco, and sugars together. Add water and vanilla, and eggs until combined. Once mixed, add flour, salt, and baking soda. Mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. I love semi-sweet, but you can use any chocolate you like. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Do not over bake!

1 C. vinegar 1/2 cup pineapple juice 4-8 Tbsp. ketchup 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 2 Tbsp. Accent salt (you can omit this if you want to, they will still be yummy without it) 1 tsp. salt garlic salt 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings 2 beaten eggs Salt chicken with garlic salt and dip in beaten eggs. Shake in flout bag and fry until golden brown. Combine remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Pour over wings in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, turning once. Serve hot!
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the chicken, sprinkle on the salt, and brown. Sauce: Mix the water, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, and corn starch with a wire wisk. Once the chicken is cooked, add the sauce, pineapple, peppers, and onion to the chicken. Bring the sauce to a boil and pour it over the rice. Sprinkle Chow Mein noodles on top. |
